The parish Council is delighted to confirm that the Rearsby Neighbourhood Referendum was formerly approved by Charnwood Borough Council at their Cabinet meeting on the 9th December 2021!
The Parish Council would like to express it’s sincere thanks to all those who have contributed to making this possible.

Rearsby Neighbourhood Plan update March 2021 ~ Consultation
Charnwood Borough Council is consulting on the Rearsby Neighbourhood Plan, on behalf of Rearsby Parish Council. The Plan sets out the local community’s vision, objectives and planning policies to guide the development of Rearsby up to 2036. This consultation is the final opportunity for interested parties to submit comments on the Neighbourhood Plan. Rearsby Neighbourhood Plan 2021
The Parish Council has now formally issued the Submission version of their reviewed Neighbourhood Plan and supporting documents to Charnwood Borough Council in accordance with Regulation 15 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012. Charnwood Borough Council is now consulting interested parties on this submission, in accordance with Regulation 16 of the same regulations for a six-week period.
