Unfortunately due to the Covid19 crisis, the Government has advised that all play areas must be closed. In view of this the PC has had to shut the various play areas in the village. The Children’s play park is completely closed and the skate park, goal nets and outdoor gym equipment on the village hall playing fields are closed. The footpath on the village hall playing fields remains open. Hopefully this will not last too long and we look forward to opening them back up again as soon as possible. STATION ROAD, REARSBY

A temporary road closure is required on Station Road, either side of the level crossing, as follows: – 

1. Closed 12^th April 2020 (07:30 hours till 14:00 Hours).

• Closed again at 22:00 hours on Thursday 12^th April 2020 till 06:00 hours on 13^th April 2020. 

The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order will be implemented for public safety to allow Network Rail undertake inspection works of the level crossing.

Leicestershire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused during these works.
